Currently in pre-production, this feature-length biographical documentary will explore the life and writings of Etty Hillesum (1914–1943), a Dutch Jew whose luminous diaries record the deep spiritual awakening she experienced in the years leading up to her death in Auschwitz. Directed by Kristin Kane, in collaboration with Director of Photography Amelia Saul.
